In 2017, BH2M was retained to provide surveying, civil/site design, and permitting for Ridgewood Farm, a 20-Lot Conservation Subdivision located in Scarborough. The project included design of utilities, fire protection equipment, stormwater management infrastructure, and approximately 3,000 linear feet of public roads and sidewalks. BH2M also performed permitting for the project which included Municipal Subdivision review, Site Location of Development, Natural Resources Protection Act, and a USACE Maine General Permit.
